Lavish Sew-in has implemented the following salon policies to guarantee that every client will enjoy our fabulous beauty suite service experience and receive the absolute best in trend-setting styling design services.

BEAUTY SUITE SERVICES & PRICING

With respect to time, we offer an initial 15 minutes of complementary consultation with our Beauty Mavens to ensure your get the style you desire.  We recommend that each client/guest inform our booking staff while making their appointment on whether a consultation is needed, as that required additional time.

We encourage all client/guests seeking coloring or texturizing services to consult with their desired Beauty Maven prior to their appointment to ensure their desired result and avoid any delays in appointment. Our beauty professionalscan determine actual pricing for color and texturizing services during your complimentary consultation session.

*Please note that quotes given by Lavish Sew-in Front Desk staff are estimates only and actual salon service pricing may vary depending on creative stylists, specific service treatments, application techniques, products used to create desired styling service(s), length of time and length of hair.

ANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY
Lavish Sew-in beauty suite requires a 24-hour notice for Appointment Cancellations of all scheduled salon services.
*Please note that “No Shows” are an extreme disruption to our operations and any client guest that has 3 consecutive “No Shows” for scheduledappointments without contacting the salon will be unable to schedule future appointments; however we will gladly provide salon services to you as a “Walk-In” Guest.

LATE ARRIVALS FOR APPOINTMENTS

Lavish Sew-in beauty team appreciates a courtesy call to notify us of all late arrivals. We will make every effort to accommodate the initially scheduled service(s); however, we reserves the right to re-schedule the appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. 


*Please note that Lavish Sew-in may have to limit the salon service(s) for late arrivals in adherence to the initial time block reserved for your salon services. As a courtesy to other scheduled appointment arrivals, we may not allow an extension of time for scheduled treatment services for late arrivals, thus it is strongly encouraged that all guests arrive as initially confirmed.

GRATUITIES

Lavish Sew-in do not include gratuities in the price for styling service(s). Gratuities are welcomed and encouraged solely at our client guests’ discretion in recognition of outstanding styling services performed by your Beauty Mavens.

*All gratuities are cash only and all gratuities are greatly appreciated!

IFT CERTIFICATES
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries and any special occasion! Gift Certificate may be issued in any denomination. They may be used towards the purchase of products and hair services (excluding gratuities). PLEASE NOTE Gift Certificates are not refundable for cash.

REFUND POLICY- RETAIL MERCHANDISE/RETAIL PRODUCTS
If for any reason our client guest is not satisfied with any of our retail merchandise/products purchased at Lavish Sew-in, retail merchandise/products may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase and we will issue a refund in the optional form of a product exchange or a (in-house) credit.

EFUND POLICY- SALON STYLING SERVICES
Lavish Sew-in beauty team takes pride in our trend-setting creative design services; however, if for some reason we miss the mark of excellence in our service execution towards you –PLEASE notify our management staff within 48 hours of your service(s). Please note we do not guarantee exact match for coloring services.


Upon management team’s discretion, a complimentary “redo” or alternative solutions may be possible.
*Please note that Lavish Sew-in does not issue refunds for any hair styling services. 

EXTENSIVE SERVICES- HAIR STRAIGHTENING, WEAVES, BRIDAL , GROUP SERVICES 

Due to the extensive amount of time that these services require, a 25% deposit is required at the time of appointment booking. The 25% deposit amount is applied to the client guest’s salon service balance. 

Off location Bridal / Group Package services require a 50% deposit to reserve appointment and balance must be paid if full prior to beauty professional coming to location. 


*Please note that ALL appointment bookings are subject to the terms of Lavish Sew-in' 24 hour cancellation notice and ANY missed appointment will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit thus the deposit is non-refundable.

HILDREN
Lavish Sew-in is pleased to welcome client guests of all ages for our salon styling services. However, our management staff asks that you please refrain from bringing children that are not having services performed. We guarantees our client guests’ overall salon service experience and unattended children can cause a possible disruption to styling services being rendered to other client guests. 
*Please note that we will not held responsible for monitor or care of unattended children not receiving salon styling services.

PETS
Lavish Sew-in respects all of our client guests and it is with sensitivity to our overall goal for the ultimate luxury salon experience, we kindly ask that you please refrain from bringing pets into the beauty suite. 
*Lavish Sew-inwill accommodate and welcome our client guests that rely upon animal aides (i.e. Guide Dogs) for physical mobility assistance.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT

Lavish Sew-in accepts Cash (USD), Bank Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard and Lavish Sew-in gift cards/vouchers.
